In 1987 a move was made to a 14 acre lifestyle block just out of Masterton. Over the next few years lawns were formed and gardens established. This photo shows the family in 1992.

Ian and Ann celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in 2005 with a gathering of family and friends.

As part of our Scottish heritage, Hogmanay is celebrated on 31 December each year.  Generally this is held outdoors in the garden, but in 2006 a hall was hired due to storm weather.

Ian & Ann are shown here with a friend, Wayne Haste of Tawa, on the right.
